TravelConservation documents conservation operators independently. When a booking comes from this directory, we may earn a referral commission. Here is how that works — and how operators can get into the referral flow.
When you click through to a booking platform or operator from a TravelConservation profile, we may earn a referral commission from the platform or operator. You pay the same price you would booking directly. The commission comes from the operator's marketing budget, not your pocket.
We document operators before we earn from them. What we publish is never influenced by whether a commission relationship exists — operators with no commission arrangement are in the directory on the same terms as those with one.
If your conservation travel program is listed in the TravelConservation directory, you can request a direct referral arrangement. We send leads your way; you pay a commission only on confirmed bookings. No upfront cost, no subscription.
If you place corporate retreat or expedition bookings and want to route them through conservation-verified operators, we can coordinate. TravelConservation handles the operator vetting and documentation — you handle the client relationship.
A referral fee is paid by TravelConservation from its own commission once a booking confirms with the operator — terms agreed individually.
